Will his be the best home gym we’ve ever seen?! Okay, maybe not since we’ve all seen Coop’s tricked out garage gym, but a little birdie did tell me Nathan has Eleiko flooring so it can’t be too bad.

Eleiko flooring in a home gym is the creme de la creme when it comes to some of the best home gym flooring on the market. While I wouldn't say it’s a prudent choice for everyone due to the steep price tag per mat, it is some of the best garage gym flooring money can buy, at least according to us at Garage Gym Reviews.

I don’t have a sick gym. But it’s functional and I am forever thankful for it. Power rack, adjustable bench, barbell, is really all you need to get it done. If you’re trying to be more serious about your fitness and level up from living room workouts (also great). I find when you are apart of the process in building it, you’re going to use it more because it’s tuned to your liking. Great video as always.

The jd gym knurled handle suggestion looks awesome. I love the walk thrus. The flooring is nice. I also like the regrets being mentions of the faults with some of the items when trying to mix and match. I love my gym and wouldn't trade it for a commercial gym. You are a 100% correct, he will fill in that space in no time. I have been building mine for 15 years. I have swapped stuff that I regretted buy and have flipped multiple items after Using them for a year or two!

Just saw this video as a recommendation from YouTube. Love the walkthroughs! I have a three car garage (one tandem space) and I’m trying to make the tandem portion as a fitness area. Would love to see more “smaller” gyms as well!

Love the gym walkthroughs, really gives a great look at what/how/why other people do in terms of set ups. Best thing to do to get ideas and see what works and what doesn’t. Since COVID, I’ve slowly built up my home gym to run my training business through there instead of a commercial gym. If you need more garage gyms to do walk throughs, I’d love to get a chance to be on it!

Awesome walkthrough. I was thinking of getting a plate loaded lat pulldown, but you’re right. The center mount lat pulldown would be a much better option.

Love the gym walk through. This set up is exactly what I’m going for. Sort of a minimalist approach that covers all the needs. Add a rower and it’s perfect.
