Can you actually show the data and proof of the business model? I know you don’t want to reveal everything outside the coaching class but there’s no data or proof that you have actually achieved any results or success with Airbnb through rental arbitrage yourself. I’m glad people are calling you out on these things, because it’s not easy money. You need to furnish these places. It can take so many months to do these things if you aren’t paying someone to do it for you which is more money. This doesn’t just happen out of the blue, you have to furnish these places. What about electricity, water, whatever to get this stuff done. I just want everyone to know that she’s not pointing out the details fr. This stuff can be costly!

Let’s do some simple math here: she said she made $1.5M in 2 months, which is $750k per month in revenue. Let’s assume the average rent of her properties is $300/night, which is a reasonable media price on airbnb I believe. Let’s also assume she had absolutely zero down time on any of her properties in those two months, which means she makes an average of $300x30=$9000 on each property. Now, to make $750k a month, she would need 83 properties. 83…. Does that seem realistic?

Hi Inayah. I have a question about airbnb arbitrage. What if its not possible here in Europe. What do you suggest me to do? I do airbnb here in europe, but we are not allowed to short term rent a Property to re - rent it out.

I'd also like to add I love your Airbnb Arbitrage approach its actually something I have been wanting to do before I even saw your video. The ONLY critique I have is that you shouldnt advise people to use credit cards. Because credit cards charge interest and as Muslims we are not supposed to accept or pay interest if we can avoid it. Maybe instead advise people to rent 1 property to start or EVEN BETTER offer to manage someone else's property as an airbnb instead of renting. This way you dont have to worry about paying rent at all and the homeowner doesnt have to worry about the headache of running an AIRbnb. Its a win win!
