How and Why to Try Sprawls Instead of Burpees

Sprawls are fantastic for when I want to include a bodyweight conditioning move like a burpee, but I want to do push-ups separately in a different part of the workout. With moves like push-ups, I am trying to get in high quality reps, and am probably doing some weird variation of them while working to further refine (and earn more reps of) my one arm push up. (amusing fact - my left-hand one arm push up is better than my right hand... and I write with my right hand? WHAT?!?)

You're right you never know. I think it would be a great alternative if you are injured or recovering from and injury .

You lady just did a burpee not a sprawl. A sprawl is a defencive technice in matrial arts to block a doubleleg takedown where you throw yourself in a plank postion but your hips tocuhes the ground.
