Firstly, excuse my underwear being visible (haven't quite figured out the pregnancy fashion yet lol)!!
This is how I make my turkey and have been for years! You can apply the same for chicken too and of course practice makes perfect.

WHAT YOU NEED:
🎄 1 pasture raised turkey
🎄 2 brown onions
🎄 Bacon
🎄 Lots of butter (grass fed organic)
🎄 Parsley
🎄 3 lemons
🎄 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🎄 Rosemary
🎄 3 tomatoes
🎄 Apple cider vinegar
🎄 Bone broth or bone broth concentrate
🎄 Gravy fat separator
🎄 Gravy boat
🎄 Turkey roasting tray (plus inside rack)
🎄 Big wooden carving cutting board (important that is has an area to catch juices)
