Make Roasted Dandelion Coffee

Dandelion root coffee, also known as dandelion coffee, is a beverage made from roasted dandelion roots. Despite its name, it doesn't contain any actual coffee beans, so it's caffeine-free.

- 1. Lay dandelion root on a sheet pan
- 2. Roast at 325 degrees for 15 minutes
- 3. Add spices of choice and 2 tsp of roasted dandelion root to a pot.
- 4. Add 2 cups of water
- 5. Boil dandelion root tea for 10-15 minutes
- 6. Strain & serve. Add milk and sugar of choice. I added coconut milk!
