My grandmother collected tea cups in the 70’s and 80’s. My mother (76) still has about 15 of her favorites. Over the years she sold most at her yearly yard sale. Nice collection!

We have similar tastes. You have some lovely pieces. Limoges is a favourite of mine. sadly I cannot afford to collect at the moment but I will when things pick up. Limoges is exquisite.

Good morning, Terianne! I was so happy to see you this morning and especially enjoyed seeing your tea cup collection. Such beautiful treasures.I inherited my mother's teacups and teapots but lost a couple of the cups, sadly, during an earthquake in California, in the 80s. It simply couldn't be saved. Thank you for sharing your treasures, Terianne! oh, the Sadler teapot is precious, so beautiful. So many of these cups and teapots are so beautiful I cannot even say which one I love more! I believe any that say Nippon are 1930 or before. Nippon is a marker for it being made in Japan, not a company name.
