I saw a clip where a Ukraine got shot and wounded. He was begging for help. And when someone left the trench to help him they radio to the guy to fall back and leave him behind. The guy still went but the soldier put accepted death and put his head down. He was on his stomach. He knew he couldn’t make it. What the wounded soldier said “well, my story is over. I’m heavily wounded”
