in an armed conflict both sides are bound to suffer casualties, human and material. The FPV drone is an effective AA countermeasure. Small, nimble, can carry the required ordnance load, and has no pre-programmed flight path.

ZSU-23-4 Shilka was designed in the late 1950's. So no doubt it's not designed to destroy drones despite being an air defence system.

Looks like they deployed that Shilka there against plane-sized drones or low-flying drones that attack oil refineries and air bases and the crew was not in the tank operating it. I guess the running men are the crew.

That shilka is clearly out of commission, the radar on top is not spinning...the radar only turns off during critical power failure at which point it might aswell be already destroyed
