My baby is 9 months old. I stopped breastfeeding a month ago because I was at my wit's end. Then the hormone dump (I'm 41) caused another mental breakdown. This is my 4th kid. I would say I had a post-partum breakout aka breakdown. Once my hormones normalized (got my period a few days after my breakdown) I felt normal again. And also, strangely, I can't remember the first time I saw my baby as vividly as I did just a month ago. Pregnancy and birth and breastfeeding really pushed me to the absolute limits. Thanks for this video and for your dedication to this topic.
