Shabana Karim founded TNS in 2001 to address her personal frustration with the standard and quality of beauty service outlets in Dubai. She left her career as an educator and embarked on a journey to set up an outlet that fits her aspirations and needs. Taking her diligent educator’s approach she focused on training manuals, processes and educating passionate team members to help her scale her businesses and empower the teams.

Today the shape of the industry has changed, but the business approach embraced by TNS is their key to staying nimble, adapt and develop new solutions to meet the requirements of new consumer behavior and new possibilities with technology.
