Old 1990's Leonard lifts? Not for long they won't be (First video of 2022)

These are the main lifts at Lewisham. These may have originally been Bennies built in 1976 or these are original lifts that were built roughly 15-20 years later. These are very under filmed and are one of the most interesting lifts I've seen. Sadly these are now undergoing modernisation, so if you want to film these, be very quick as the original set will be modernised very soon. Temple Lifts Ltd have modernised these with new controller and new fixtures. Luckily the original Leonard sticker on the door track is still there.

That modernisation is over a year old, that's really strange that they've not modded those other lifts yet.

It’s a shame they are getting modded. It looks unlikely that they’ll keep the announcements on the new lifts as they’ll have new logic. The current lifts look epic. Great video
