Hey, question for you, folks, since this is about a wedding reception. At my brother's reception, in the hall, the banquets manager was giving this worker a hard time. She was mad at him for signing up for a service by himself, claiming he couldn't do that and that he needed someone to guide him. It was like, "I've told you not to sign up for shifts by yourself, I've been very clear about that, I don't know how much clearer I can get for you to listen." I'm guessing he has a learning disability, and thus why she didn't trust his skills and independence. Then he said to her, "You know, I'm beginning to see why you work so many wedding receptions."
