Boeing 737 AutoPilot Panel (MCP) for MSFS2020, Prosim & PMDG

Показать описание
This design is a remake of the $38 DIY MCP. It's a newer, better version, taking full advantage of 3D printing. This is not an exact replica, but it is fully functional. The design has been modified for larger text, so it's easier to print with good quality clear and crisp text. Various components have been moved to allow easy fitment. All parts assemble easily and require no additional mounting hardware besides their attachment nuts and screws. Also, full 7219 boards are used, so the wiring is much easier!

A massive Thank You to Sebi Woelke for the Intro and Logo!

I have this odd satisfaction that there is this much advanced indulgence in what is basically a pc game. A pc game where you cannot even crash your aircraft for satisfaction... You guys are nothing short of awesome.

I'm working in it, just waiting for K2-22 buttons. Thank you for your projects, time and sharing. Regards from Spain!

Note: I'm using just one arduino mega. 😃

You make this hobby hardware seem so easy to us who have no experience and you take nothing for your knowledge, thank you so much you make me now have confidence in soldering, wiring programming and 3d printing

Karl: "It's that easy!" - you are awesome! I just noticed how much MobiFlight has changed since this video.

Thanks for sharing. There are always good ideas for my own F-14 panel building. Here is a tipp for the segment display. User thin colorized foil to darken the segments when they are off. It is much better to read and looks brilliant. Please keep up, it is much appreciated.

Amazed at all the work you put in to these and then let us, less talented individuals, have access to them, really appreciate it!

It's not $38 once I've bought a 3D printer and all the filament! lol 🤣. I've looked through your website and it's AMAZING! And I'll definitely be building one of these ASAP! Thank you for all your effort. The only thing I haven't seen, that I think might help, is a rough estimate of how many KG of each colour I'd need for a model (unless I've missed it). Because I'm gonna need to pick up the filaments when I buy the Printer you're making me buy. 😉 Thanks again. I can't wait to give this a go.

I wanted to buy a 3d printer to print some stuff but then I found your channel and playlist and I couldn't be much happier.

I always wanted to build a home sim and here you are sharing your knowledge how to; thanks a lot!!!

Inspired from your videos, Im just done with my "38 EUR" MCP. Was also about one year in the making, but I'm still on FSX PMDG 737. I designed my front and base plate out off PCB's then ordered them in china. It saved me all the mechanical work and a lot of wiring cause I soldert all the components in it. I had my issues by setting mobiflight up, but now everything works just as I want to. (except I can not program the speed display in mach)
Thank you for those great videos, i enjoy them everytime. Regards from Germany to Brunei

Do you think you could make a more in-depth video of the wiring

Brilliant design and execution! I love the fitment and layers of panels to create the mounting layers for everything. One suggestion; get a red gel/filter and put it over each of the 7-segment displays. it will drastically improve contrast and readability of the displays. :D Cheers!

Really cool build.

I have no intentions of building one, but it’s great entertainment, I like your voice and accent.

Thanks for introducing me to Mobiflight! This video helped me create my own autopilot. I want to feature this video (only 20 seconds of clips with me talking over it) in the video I made about my autopilot build. Wanted to check with you first. Just trying to tell more people about your channel. Great work!
