When I turn on auto pilot the plane just starts moving up and down rapidly out of control. I don’t know if it has something to do with the trim or what else it could be.

I have a set flight plan dep to arrival and I click L nav so the plane follows the path (for example if I’m afk it’ll follow the flight path) for some reason I click it but nothing happens. Do you know why my L nav is not working
