1:49 Some of our verbiage in this metric sizing section could be misinterpreted. To clarify - the first number (205) is the section WIDTH of the tire. NOT the overall diameter height of the tire or the wheel. First number = tire width.

The second number (30) is the percentage of that first number. 30% of 205 is 61.5 mm
61.5mm = 2.42” sidewall

2.42” of tire sidewall around that last number (14” wheel size) comes to just around 19” tall.

Christian used a slightly different way of calc it in the video. Both ways to calc come out to the same numbers and overall height 👍🏼

What is the lowest profile tire you can get for a 10” wheel?

Good job on the inch tire sizes but sadly you blew it on the metric. You kept referring to the 205 as the diameter when it is the tire width. To get the diameter you need to multiply the width times the aspect ratio then double that number and then divide by 25.4, the number of millimeters in one inch, and add to the wheel size, in this case
