I noticed that St. John's Wort has positive effects when it is boiled over low heat for nine minutes.

St. John's Wort may interact with medications.
I've heard that St. St. John's Wort will not interact with drugs if it is boiled and drunk in small amounts like tea.
Eating plenty of walnuts and almonds can be effective in depression.

Darkness evokes the night, the night evokes sleep, and sleep evokes serenity and peace.
Walnuts increase the amount of melatonin in the blood three times.
Melotonin is essential for regular and good sleep.

Quick question! Does heating the tea up after an 8 to 12 hours infusion change its effectiveness? just curious to weather I should drink it hot or cold ☺️
