Twice In One Day!

The Towpath Century Ride in Cleveland, OH and Oktoberfest in Kent, OH all in one day?! Yup! We rode the northern end Towpath Trail and into Tremont, over to Lake Erie before heading home and going back out on the Hike & Bike Trail and over to Kent. A full day on the gravel bikes!
The Summer may be over but it still felt and looked summer-y out on our bicycles.

Just keep doing your thing Tim. I know the majority of us here love these episodic vlogs. You're storytelling/presentation of your trips are total eye and ear candy!

Keep doing this. Cool music, nice rides, show us your places, sure show us your friends’ bikes too, what they’re riding, if they like talking about it, why they ride, what they do. No hype needed. Normal people like watching normal people just relax and enjoy what they’re doing. Russ and PLP is great, also unique, differentiation is good. Thanks for doing all this. I’m enjoying also seeing bits of your professional work but yeah, don’t make your fun time a job or you’ll quit doing this for us. 😅

I love the ride-centric content! Your videos help motivate to get me out on my own bike as opposed to the tech videos that push me to do more shopping. Riding > buying. Sprinkling in a tech video or bike build video on occasion is a fun way to mix it up, but you do a great job of showcasing actual bike rides and that's what I like most about bikes: riding!

Filming with an action cam on bike rides freed me up to shoot, and enjoy the ride. When I used my 'good gear' it would take me away from the enjoyment and focus more on getting a shot. Different dynamic completely, and I think that's why I'm enjoying your videos so much. Whether your talking on camera or voicing a narration after the fact. Enjoyable and often fast moving footage, lots of cuts, interesting scenery, great attitude, and just really great experience from a viewer's perspective. I'm up for anything you have to offer, even if you decide to shoot with a Nokia from the early 2000's. ha!

I really enjoy that your channel isn't technical. Most of the time cycling is just going places for me and what size tire or gear ratios I'm using don't play into it much. Your channel very much represents what I'm doing with my bike most of the time.

Hello Tim,
I personally like your relaxed no stress style. I really enjoy what you put out - just the simple pleasure of riding a bike and chatting - lovey jubbly -

I enjoy seeing your area and spots you like, cafes, stuff like that.

The best part of a day trip *and* watching your vids is just the “pick up and go and enjoy the little adventures along the way” vibe. Your instinct to not let the gear get in the way is the right one for my tastes, at least.

Tim, I really enjoy your videos, great vibe and music. Your rides are like another world to me who lives in western CO. Please keep posting.

13:58 also: dont change. You dont need to be those other channels. I really liked the gravel badass series, anything like that scratches an itch.

Love the way you do your videos. I hope you don't change a thing. 👏👏👏

I'm with Erin. Getting out early, right when the day break rays are just blossoming, is the best time to ride.

I like your travelogues (Bikealogues?) just the way they are - showing good times with friends and seeing something new.

Tim; your content is great, keep doing what you do; industrial gravel rides, photography, French music, beer, voiceovers footage. Comparison with other channels weaken your motivation. Your channel was built by wanderings in Akron 👏🏾

Always interesting to catch a glimpse of the unique neighborhoods in these midwestern cities and towns in addition to the riding shortcuts between the neighborhoods and the urban areas.

I appreciate that you have a common-sense bike that you love.

Hell yeah, i was in town last weekend to pick up the Crust I bought from Aaron's friend. We did a ride out to the Kent Oktoberfest the day before he broke his foot at the race. Assuming it was the same day, we missed you guys.

Cool video. Ending of the season melancholy.
We finally got a cool front in S. Texas.

The timing on the song when you say "... so we rode to the lake" is just **chefs kiss**

Really appreciate your content Tim! The trail upgrades in recent years has transformed riding in the greater Cleveland area into such an amazing experience. A loop from the Edgewater CLE sign through Tremont is an all-time favorite route. Also, feel you on the photo settings for sports, had a similar realization when shooting a 5k run last summer.
