As someone with a German native tongue, I’m glad you’re enlightening the difference between these two terms. We get taught thoroughly how important these things are, and how falling under nationalism will only result in chaos and destruction.

America has always been a country that expands its ideals, innovations, hope, and energy throughout the world. Now is not a time to retract. Hopefully we can make a better world than just turn our back to it which is what China and other countries like Russia are hoping for. America has always been a leader and not a follower. I agree with Lincoln on that.
