if one of the subject is fail and i want to indicate that he is allowed to keep term if student is failed in 2 out of 8 subjects and if more than two fail means fail ?
i mean i used the formula determined pass and fail for every subject. now one student is having two Fail I another is having 3 Fail. How Can I determine Fail and pass without looking into all subject pass or fail status that the student is allowed to keep term or he ia fail or he is pass with certain grade?

If we make pass or fail on the bases of subject not on the total obtained marks, for example a student fail in three subjects will be considered fail.how we will do it
