Very good video. I was over 4 on psa 15 years ago. I had one more psa a year later around 5 on psa. This made the doctor nervous so I told him, just don't give me a psa test ever again if it would make him feel better. He stopped and not having to listen to his biopsy protocol suggestion, made both of us feel better, especially me. No biopsy ever, and I am in my late 70's. I drink strong hi test coffee with a pinch of milk, no sugar ….3 cups a day, sometimes more. I love coffee . I repented of my sins and Jesus is my Savior so when He wants me, I am ready. Also, I am a old Marine combat vet. Sometimes, you have to be your own doctor, especially in these times! Semper Fi.

There is something I always say when having a cup of coffee: "God bless whoever discovered it"
What an awesome beverage.

Dr. Hashmi, My name is Kenny. I am in my mid sixties right now very careful of anything i eat. I go to sleep thinking of waking up to have coffee. I love the calming experience of sitting and sipping that cup, its aroma, its calming nature, for me. If i am sleepy, i can drink a cup and fall asleep five seconds later, no problems. I have never thought of the health benefits of coffee other than its nature of allowing me that moment to reflect on the beauty of our mortal existence, that someone or something somewhere gave us this moment. Thank you for this dialog that we may still have quite a bit to understand that things that exist in nature around us may be the salvation to a harmonious existence to a healthier life.

I have. been a long term coffee drinker from my college years up until the present. I normally drink 2 -3 full sized mugs of coffee every day. I have two friends who are non coffee drinkers. Both have one thing in common. Both are experiencing prostate cancer. The oldest is 73 and the youngest is 68. I am 72 with no prostate cancer and a low PSA level

I was diagnosed with low grade prostate cancer last year. My father had prostate when he was in his late 70, and had to have his prostate removed. I don't remember him ever drinking a lot of coffee. At 72 I was diagnosed with low grade prostate cancer. It is being monitored, and have been told I will probably die of something else. I have always been a heavy coffee drinker...

Thank you for the medical updates. My dad died at age 73 from prostate cancer. He never took coffee. But all his brothers lived passed or is still living passing 85 years of age. Obviously coffee plays a good medical part here in extending longevity when one is "visited" by such rogue cancer cells

I've been drnking black coffee 3 cups a day regularly for about 15 years now and I am 63. I drink 4 am, 11 am, and between 5 and pm everyday. The way brew the coffee, no sugar or milk, is I put the coffee powder (not instant), Robusta or Arabica in the cup and pour hot water or boiling water, without filter. My metabolism is normal. I have no kdney and prostate problems so far. Besides coffee, I eat a lot of cucumber and tomatoes as a replacement of cooked vegetable. Fastfood probably once in 6 months. I eat a lot of fried fish, tofu and tempe. I have no sleepng problem. I can drnk coffee at 5 or 6 pm, and by 8 or 9 feel sleepy and could fall asleep anytime.

I'm a bit worried about the acid that is found in most coffee. This video does help to relieve my concern somewhat. Thanks...
