When I was 11, I was put on meds for my anxiety. At a church lock-in over the weekend last year, I had my first panic attack since I had started the meds. Immediately, this song came into my mind and I calmed down instantly. It was one of the scariest nights of my life. I couldn’t hold myself up. I was shaking. I couldn’t breathe. July 9, 2021, I have no what ifs.
