I just in the last few years was diagnosed with “hypercortisolism.” I take vitamin C and adaptogenic supplements to help though I’m not sure how beneficial they really are. I’ve always been rubbish at staying consistent with meditation and breathing exercises. It’s always tough when results are difficult to quantify on paper.

Any tips for meditation? I do feel the stress played a big role in my rosacea and hair loss. Also- when stressed I don’t sleep well, and I feel my skin looks much more uneven after a bad night of sleep
