Brown noise is a type of filtered white noise that removes some of the harsher high frequencies while still giving the calm effects of white noise. There is some ambient music threaded gently in the distance that is created by the patterns of nature. There is also a black screen throughout to not disturb your sleep.
Brown noise can be used for:
- Helping you relax or fall asleep
- Block out distracting noise while you're studying
- Calming babies and helping them get off to sleep
- Calming and settling nervous and distressed dogs
- Providing relief for tinnitus
