Hello from the ReactOS Community (again)!
Great job on the vid!

Turning out to be a good series on ReactOS. Nice to see it installed and operating on real hardware rather than in a VM. Looking forward to the next how-to video on ReactOS.

Wow you actually got it to boot first try 😮 You wouldn't believe how many others I've seen on youtube who tried around 4 to 5 different computers and also had to swap hardware to even get it to boot at all (Note that that was release 0.4.3), so a few driver problems is minor compared to that 😂

I actually found ReactOS to be a lot more interesting than I thought it would be, it's actually pretty decent, good job to ReactOS.

Looking good so far. I'm hoping the beta has compatability with modern hardware

I like to check every 7 years how this os is coming along.

I installed the os and it looks nice! I will try to install the system's drivers to see how it goes. The turtle will not become rabbit but it can become slightly usuable.

It would help more if you installed WITHOUT using Command Prompt or anything other than doing it via Device Manager or the easier way everyone else does it except Command Prompt!

I don't have any internet connection on my laptop. And I don't see clearly the command you write in CMD, but good presentation video

Question, Once you have internet access would any future driver be nothing more than downloading and installing this? I sort of lost how he got the driver for networking. Will watch this video again.

A lot of people around here have tried the free Ubuntu software but always seem to return to windows.

I got it running on real hardware once a Pentium M GMA 915 based board it's really picky about hardware and had to track down a PS2 style mouse.

A query to any one from the ReactOS community:

I should think that this system is vulnerable to any Windows OS malicious executable code, if one of the advantages of React is precisely that Windows applications can be natively run in React.

Does anyone know about this?

My thanks to any one in advance!

Get an audio editor to eliminate the irritating compressed background noise. Something that can separate and then rejoin audio and video. Any video editor that allows you to separate audio and video will make it much easier. A workaround is to get something like SoundTap that will let you capture as you play the file. Then just add the audio back to the video.
WavePad Sound editor is good for removing noise and is free and easy to use. You won't grow unless you make your videos watchable.

But I don't have a CD or a DVD, and even if I did, I don't have a CD-ROM on my computer. I thought you were going to explain how to do this with a USB drive.

My only favorite part is 9:04 of 24:00, where I get to see my "Theme" options for the GUI Appearance, is that Laubus? I'd like to see someone navigate ReactOS in it's native "Appearance" or "Theme"!

I had internet service when using OS/2 versions 3 and 4, and also eComstation 1.0, and the only OS which I could not get internet service on was BeOS 5. I have programs for older versions of Windows prior to version 7 and still want to use them and ReactOS may be the other way to go and still have internet service since versions of Windows prior to Windows 7 and especially 8.

erm, so can ReactOS run on AMD 75 chipset motherboard with ddr3 sdram??
...moreover....can Windows XP custom themes work in React OS??

Is there a way to preload drivers before installation? I tried it on my desktop, but my motherboard's USB controller was not detected meaning no keyboard nor mouse.
