enable force 90/120hz refresh rate android 14 for any OnePlus phones

Hey, what's up guys? Welcome back! You're watching 4U Tech. On my OnePlus 9RT, I am using force 120Hz for every app and system-wide on Oxygen OS 14.

Two years ago, we created a simple non-root video to enable the force peak refresh rate on your device without using root access, which worked for all OnePlus, Oppo, Xiaomi, Samsung, and Realme phones.

 However, after the Android 14 update, it stopped working for most devices.Similarly, when I upgraded my OnePlus 9RT to Oxygen OS 14, it's not working now either.

 Without this mod  if selected a high refresh rate in settings, some apps like YouTube and the Gallery app revert the refresh rate to 60fps after playing any video.

So today, we are going to show you a new method to force enable high refresh rate on all OnePlus devices running on Oxygen OS 14 or Android 14 custom ROMs. I haven't tested this on other brands, so you'll have to test it yourself and please comment if it works for you or not.Remember, this method may or may not work for your device. I can't guarantee it will work for all. Also, there are some flaws in the mod that I show at the end of this video, so watch it till the end. Now, without further ado, let's get started.

Thanks alot, Its working on my oneplus 9 android 11 (OOS 11). Previously i downgraded from android 14 to 11 and the set edit option for peak refresh rate was not showing in the app. But after using these adb commands my refresh rate has been 120 Hz in all apps including youtube. So it worked for me.
