great video! This works for games like PoGo on my Xiaomi 10 T pro.
Unfortunately, after a couple of days, the game comes back to 30Hz. It seems that the performance app gets new data, that should be cleaned again in order to come back to higher gaming refresh rates. Do you know how to make the changes permanent?

If you can't see the app, go in all apps, tap top right (three dots icon), go to show all apps, search for battery and performance app and clear all data, then it works like a charm

Did not work on Redmi Note 10 Pro. NBALM is still locked to 30fps. Problem is that the game sometimes works in 60fps, which is fine.
