Shane you should totally buy this house for filming! You’ll have a lot of leverage with the water damage, and the fact it’s been abandoned. It’s a fixer upper for sure, and most potential buyers don’t have the need for that much space. Dude Perfect and MrBeast have warehouse houses and you guys are on that same level (better in my opinion). I’d say offer 2.4 Million.
