Exploring an abandoned flooded mansion in a rich neighbourhood. The mansion has been abandoned for several years now. The basement is completely flooded. The flooding could have caused the mansion to be abandoned or it may have happened afterwards. Either way, this beautiful home is now completely ruined.

If you find water in the basement or other place, if you can toss something smallish into the water, it will make ripples and we can see the water easier.

I found you guys from Freaktography on YouTube he visited that house in the winter time and the basement was completely flooding with frozen water!

Compared to the size of this place that kitchen is relatively small if you think about it.
The ceilings upstairs looks reasonably good I wonder if the pipes froze and that's what caused the water damage.

House does not even look that old. Is this the only abandoned house in the neighborhood? I wonder if the owners abandoned it because of the pipe burst thing? A house got torn down on my block because of water damage. You could see it as they were tearing it down so I assume that was why.

That’s a shame it’s ruined because of the basement. Wouldn’t you just have to tear it down after all that water I mean the molds going to be crazy!

That house was very nice at one time. It's to bad about all the water and mold! You are probably right about the pipes busting. It had a lot of odd floor space, in the kitchen and some of the other rooms. ✌❤😁

Rip her down and start over again.
She's not worth trying to fix in current state.
I know because I lived in a house with some mold in it.
Had to take it down to the frame, then build up again.

I always wonder why these mansions end up abandoned, could the owners not afford to keep them. Why build your dream home then up and leave it to rot and vandalism. If you have the money to keep a home like this then stay there. I know how I would build my home but it would not be this big but it would be nice.

I say the front room is a Prayer room for the islamic faith. Too bad about the flooded ness it could of been a good house
