Recently purchased a 2013 Lexus GS rwd with the 3.5 V6. Best car I've ever driven.

This is my Lexus I heard Scotty say he moved to my town so when I got a Lexus I took it over to his house. His crescent shaped driveway full of Toyotas he’s polished to perfection. They twinkle and sparkle😆One thing I always liked as a Toyota fan is the confirmation bias I get from Scotty telling what I already know about superiority of Toyota engineering. Evidently I didn’t make a mistake. I asked him to tell me what parts I need to get the car ready to roll. He couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I didn’t expect to find one with such low miles. Anyway he’s exactly the same in person that’s the other thing I like. He doesn’t pretend to be anything else but who he is. Weird thing is I realized my money is of no use to him. What’s he going to do with money?😆 So hopefully he benefits from this video.Whatever it is he’s certainly earned it. Thanks Scotty!(2003 ES300 is on the way for work vehicle. Black n red interior. It’s real nice)

Our 2002 es300 was totaled the week before Christmas when a lady pulled out in front of our daughter. While we are ever grateful she was ok, as well as the other driver, the aged ole statement that cars can be replaced doesn't really apply here. Man, that was the best car I've ever owned. Bought it with 53000 miles in 2014 from the original owner. RIP Lexus....

Hello Mr Scotty, I followed ur lead and lucked up and purchased a 05 es330 with 106, 000 one owner and so smoking. It’s so clean inside and out it still had the original window sticker, booklets and all the owner maintenance records. It’s truly is in mint condition. I can’t tell u just how happy I am Scotty ty again and God bless you!

We were considering a new Rx but the 4 cylinder is a deal breaker. Our 2012 v6 Rx has 230kmiles and is still running great!

I’m happy to keep my 2000’s Lexus and Land Cruiser. I’ve kept up maintenance and hope to keep them running smooth. 05 LC had over 320k miles and 08 RX 350 has over 225k. Still driving good.

I got a 2016 Toyota Avalon with a 3.5 V6 early last year from my aunt and uncle. It had about 98, 000 miles on it and they made sure to keep maintenance up on it and I have kept it up since then and expect to have it for a while.

Scotty, we have a 2005 ES 300. 100k. Bought it 5 years ago with 42k. Beautiful car with all the goodies! Mark Levinson....not ever selling it!!

100 percent correct Scotty. I am ordering a new ES 350 with the 3.5 V6 because I think that will be it for that engine. No way I am buying a 4cly RX. Lexus needs to give their head a shake with all this F Sport nonsense and turbos.

I have the same 3.3 engine in my 2006 Toyota Solara. Really good engine, horsepower, quiet and good mpg too.

The ES350 that I purchased back in 2012, which now has 80, 000 miles, has had flawless performance in every respect, including a quiet, luxury ride and plenty of smooth acceleration at any speed. I can't imagine a better car. The only very minor compromise that I've noticed with it is that it takes sharp curves more like a boat than a sports car. Well, it's probably hard to have everything for less than $100K. And the Lexus dealer has tried selling replacement parts that the car doesn't need (at least yet). I thought I'd be replacing this car in ten years, as I've always done with my cars in the past. But given my experience with the ES 350, that's now completely out of the question.

Scotty, the ES330 and ES350 top out at about 142. When Lexus came about one of their requirements was that any Lexus be faster than a Mercedes. Even my mom's 1998 ES300 topped out at 140+.

I have 05 lexus sc430. I will never get rid of it. I unfortunatley wrecked the front end but i got it replaced and with upkeep everything with it works perfectly. I love it so much and it handles like a real race car

I've been waiting for Scotty to address the issue of Lexus switching to the 4 cylinder, turbo-charged engine. I have a 2019 and a 2021 Lexus RX 350, both with the 6 cylinder engines, which are pretty great. I could hardly believe it when I first heard they were changing to these 4/turbos. What a huge mistake, IMO and in Scotty's. Glad we got ours before the change.

very simple .. any car with 'J' in the vin number has the most quality since they were made and manufactured in japan. Old Lexus, Nissans .. those 6 cylinder engines are bullet proof.

I saw a Celica like yours zipping through Athens Georgia last week, and I thought to my self as it passed by "what a great looking car"... I wish they still made them like that. Seemingly 'big ticket' repairs & maintenance on my older rust free Tundra performed at a conscientious dealership beats the hell out of trading in on a new truck. I will keep this 2002 going as long as possible.
