I've been a fan of this channel for about a year....I've watched every video (except the desert ones, I can cook...but not bake...yes I find the irony in that this is a bread video =) I've been in the military for 19 years and soon to retire....because of this channel and "Food Wishes" I've decided to go to culinary school and do something that makes me happy....I cannot express how much thanks I have for you folks for doing what you do and making our cooking lives just a lil bit more badass....I wish you the best in all your endeavors
