I’ve never bench pressed with the free barbell. Always incline on smith and incline dumbbell, with an added variation of flat press, a seated cable fly and finish with dips. My chest is GROWING

How much you bench is so high school. Reading Arnold's Encyclopedia of bodybuilding I learned alot, also decline is not a waste of time. No exercise is. All have some benefits
