Yes, I accidentally used the mask. For me to not forget her name, I put a pin to where she disappeared and titled it "Here lies Kazari"

My biggest mistake.... I was invested in this quest that i got attached to kazari. When the quest ended, i teared up a bit. I took the mask and i went to my inventory and saw the use button. I though i could equip it but then it turned into a catalyst. Almost threw my fcking phone.
