In this video i have shown , how you can generate a high frequency PWM signal for buck boost converter using arduino.
By simply adding a command we can have upto 62.5 khz PWM signal.

Hey mate. I am also trying to make synchronous buck using TCCR1 with phase correct mode. My problem is i am not getting enough resolution to control pulse width, If i try to increase the frequency. I had to bargain to chosse either higher frequency & lower pwm resolution or vise versa. do you have same issues ? if not than how you had overcome this ?

Or we can use combination timer 0, 1 or 2 like TCCRxA and TCCRxB?

I am playing around with arduino to produce ultra fast pulses in micro seconds Duty cycle<1%. I could get 16us at 125Hz, 0.2% duty cycle. Can i generate pulses in nano seconds using arduino ? if not which would be the easy chip i shoud use ?
