One thing that confused me - when you made the last landing you indicated that you were going all the way down with the right stick - did you mean the left stick in that going down with the right stick should make the drone fly either backwards or towards you depending on your mode of flight? Good introductory video on the drone. I am loving my Q500 5K which I purchased from the great folks at VH Drones who jumped right in and took an issue I had and got it immediately resolved with the factory to my great satisfaction.
