Amber uses lipodema as an excuse at the same time doing nothing the specialist she saw about it told her to do. No compression wraps, no low carb diet, little exercise (which actually helps), nothing. We all see thru this. It wasn't walking that caused swelling cause the lipodema, funny how sitting causes this too. it's all the food you admit to eatting (and more).

"I've tried everything" ma'am you never gave anything a real chance. I've been watching since like 2016 and can count on one hand the things you've not gave up in a week.

Amber-when people say “cook at home” they mean grilled chicken, fish, or turkey…NOT Hamburger Helper. There are PLENTY of healthy options for you to cook at home. I meal prep every week and will gladly send you recipes.
Also-STOP drinking sugar free l/diet pop and Gatorade.
Gatorade is literally for active people -and by active I mean athletes or people that go to the gym and really sweat…not for people who around museums or walk their dog.
WATER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND

Girl what’s not clicking? Go into in-patient rehab. Have professionals serve you controlled meals. Get therapy while you’re there. It won’t change otherwise.

500lbs and 600lbs are very similar depending on your height. you are a short person, 500lbs is equal to 600lbs on a taller person.

Also... You have not "TrIeD EVeRyThInG". Doing a new diet or way of eating for 3 days and giving up is NOT trying!! If you just chose something and stuck to it 100% for literally only 30 days... you would easily lose 50 lbs in those 30 days. You DON'T try!!

Why not get a personal trainer? I've lost 167 lbs by working with one that also helped me with food.

I don’t think she understands that if she lost 8lbs a MONTH, she’d loose 100lbs in a year… how hard can it possibly be to lose 8lbs a month when your maintenance cals are above 3000 a day
