I wish you the very best my man! Please don't go too hard in the beginning, give yourself room to fail, cause at some point you will fail. When that time comes, enjoy your failing. This means you're growing and learning. One fail is an amazing learning oppertunity! After that follows the hardest part of your journey... stand up again, take your loss and keep going. It's a long process, don't try to rush it. You can do it! I believe in you! (I had so many stupid questions, and still every day I ask chatgpt dumb shit. its such a good guideline now days)

You can get a meal plan on line that will give you the amount you can eat for your personal situation. Also please use an air fryer for sausage and bacon (no oil) and when you do the egg don’t use oil just use water in the pan on a simmer and it will poach your egg. Then add lots of tomatoes and mushrooms x

Hey Kenny, best of luck! You have got to the first step which is recognition of how you feel currently and wanting to make a change.
I know you said you are going on a low carb diet, what whatever you do please don't fall into the trap of making massive changes straight off the mark. The trick is to make sustainable changes that you can carry on into the future and be happy and the same time.

There is an app to help you tick off your 30 plants a week - sounds a lot but it works out to 4-5 a day. It's called the Daily Dozen. The reason it can work well is that it's a way of incorporating lots of whole foods into your diet and by the time you have eaten them you won't want to have the non-whole foods (snacks with high fat, sugar and salt).

It doesn't have to be expensive; focus on your fruit, potatoes, oats, plain veggies, beans (dried or tinned) and whatever proteins you choose (tofu/tempeh/animal based).

Also look at your activity level - how long are you sitting down a day? Don't go out and run a marathon tomorrow but work towards adding movement into your day in a sustainable way. Add a 20 minute walk onto the school drop off in the morning, walk in place for a few minutes, climb the stairs a few times. Stand up when prepping dinner - before you know it you will be really active in a passive way.

Mate I was 28st 2 pounds last year. I'm now 21st 4 and still going. You are going to do fantastic things for yourself and your daughter please do not give up. When times get hard ask for help. The gym is the best place to find like minded individuals nobody has ever judged me despite my size. And you'll stop losing weight in a few months. Keep going through it! It stops seemingly for no reason then picks up again fast. You'll smash it mate make this your year
