If can't lift your own weight then your entire gym workout isn't worth it.
Push-ups, pull-ups and squats all u need. 100, 100, 100 alternate days with caloric surplus diet and see the difference.

I like the information in the video but without you repeating yourself it would have been about 3 minutes long. It was frustrating to listen to repeat yourself so many.
