Hi, I like this, how about when they unsubscribe from a topic in Campaigns, can we remove the tag from CRM?

Awesome video! Do you know if there is a way to remove a specific client tag once the workflow has been completed without removing all of the clients tags and that be reflected in CRM? For instance I tag someone with a 6 month reminder, in 5 months an email is sent to them, after that I wish for the tag to be removed so next time it is added the workflow runs again.
