UC18 Mods: Dolly for leaving scope fully set up

The Obsession UC18 is an excellent scope if you have to carry it up and down stairs. And you're strong. Everything but the Upper Tube Assembly and trusses can be carried in one trip, including the mirror. That's rare.

The bottom is a bit of a kludge as delivered. Wheelbarrow handles require removing the encoder arms, you must remove the handles to observe, etc.

My ugly dolly/platform allows me to move the scope from storage to observing almost instantaneous. No breakdown, setup other than loosening two straps.
