Taking into account the history, the exclusivity and the execution of this video... It is so underrated and one of my favorite videos on all Youtube. Speechless.

Came here from Adam Savage's video. I must say, absolutely stunning. I got goosebumps watching the end scene.

That ending made me tear up. There are NOT alot of things in the world that make me tear up just by watching, but that sunrise. That was absolutely gorgeous.

Did the 360 tour with oculus vr headset, set to HD quality....AMAZING. This almost brought tears to my eyes. My grandfather made the flaps on the shuttle, and the feet on the lunar modules, my uncle helped make the main wings. I was fortunate enough to see the vertical stabilizer from challenger hanging from a crane in during its build at grumman in bethpage ny. Such an amazing machine!

As someone who has lived in Scotland their whole life, it was an absolute pleasure and honor to see this fantastic vessel on the launchpad, purely by chance, just weeks before its' final launch. I had a school trip with my Physics class to Florida and got to do all sorts of NASA related activities. One of them involved going to KSC and seeing the Crawler and the launch site.

Thankfully, all down to luck, Discovery was due to launch a week or two before I was there, but had been delayed down to payload issues, so I got to see it on the launchpad before it was finally decommissioned.

Thank you NASA, for all you have done to further our understanding of the universe, and here's to you and SpaceX and everyone else shooting, not for the Moon, but for the stars.

This is incredible. I finally got to see Discovery in person last year, and I literally just stood there and stared at it in awe for several minutes. To be able to see the inside like this is so awesome. Thanks, Google!

Thank you so much for putting this together. My wife and I were arranging our marriage as you flew into space. This mission holds special memories for us. I have seen both Enterprise and Endeavour. I hope to get to see this wonderful craft soon.

So many memories growing up and seeing these machines take people into space. What an amazing tour of Discovery. How much I miss seeing you take to the skies. May you serve as an inspiration for all future pioneers.

I`m so blown away by all the 360 videos available on YouTube, amazing technology and so much fun. I loved being able to first, watch them watching the old footage of themselves and then being able to spin around to watch what they were actually watching.

I was warmed by the obvious emotional connection between these two people and their ship. He reminds me of talking to Gus Grissom at the Indy 500 one year and how broken hearted he was that his capsule sank and he wasn't able to revisit it later like some of the others had. He spoke of it as if it was a part of his human person- a piece of his heart and how much affectionate attachment he had to it and the respect he had for the engineers and workers who made it for him and made him able to do his Mercury trip and live. He told me: "Upon Splashdown I patted my right arm rest and said: Thank You Girl !" I believe it takes a special kind of Bravery sit on top of all the accumulative explosive power and wait for somebody to throw a switch!

WOW! Impressive! I loved when the virtual cargo bat doors opened and showed a space full of galaxies and stars and other assorted goodies! Great video!

Thank you for the tour! Discovery and her sisters were real spaceships!! When you look at the inside of the main deck and the cavernous bay you can't help but conclude that our generation succeeded in actually building something on par with what William Shatener or Harrison Ford just pretended to fly!!
