I followed these directions exactly except I added no meat. It was absolutely the best cheese dip for soft pretzels and or taco chips. As they say, I will never make any other cheese sauce!😊

You didn’t mention how long you cook it in your instructions. I did it for about 25 mins on 350 and it tastes OK, but the consistency is grainy? Like the cheeses separated?

What did I do wrong?
