Once a lady called my mom and told her that she saw me with a guy walking down the street and my mom told her “yes I know know my daughter is out with this guy who happens to be her brother” 😂

Once, a man called my dad and said be careful and keep an eye on your son. He was out with girls the other day. He was around 14 at the time and barely ever went out if ever. He would go to school and come back and that's about it and his attendance was amazing. My dad laughed and said my son, out with girls? He doesn't even go out with his boys.

Point is, it was false. The man saying it was spreading false information about my innocent little brother. Sometimes you think you see someone but it's not actually them. We should never rush to judgement

the reason why you should say "it is a lie" is because what your eyes saw (witnessed) is a man and a woman walking together and not them commiting anything else, so the "it is a lie" is indeed true, for what you have actually seen is not what happened before but what happened right there and then.

It was narrated from Aisha (Radi'Allahu anha) that she said:
"O Messenger of Allah, what do you think I should say in my supplication, if l come upon Laylatul-Qadr ?" He sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: Say

Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun
tuhibbul' afwa fa' fu anni

Meaning : O Allah, indeed You are the Most Forgiving, You love forgiveness, so forgive me.

Something like that happened to my mother when she was freshly married
My parents married in their home country but lived in another country due to work reasons and the first time they went out for the first time after they git married her old naibour I think it was approched to her and asked who my dad was and wheather she was married or not
Everytime my mom talks abt this she always tells how worried her look was and it was kinda funny but also so sweet of that lady to approch my mom instead of just spreading rumors

Things are not always how they seem and even if the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) told us to cover other ppl sins not to spread them around

We are *supposed* to assume the best of each other, but this is not what mostly really happens.

As a revert, I have predominantly met with fitna based largely on prejudice from Muslims who apparently think the Farewell Sermon doesn't apply to them.
