Turning the shadows to medium would probably get most of these games to 60fps locked.

Shadows take a huge amount on the VRAM. Personal I don't care about shadows, medium setting usually looks perfectly fine. Unless you stop and stare at them, you wouldnt be able to tell from gameplay
