The problem that exists with workers fearful of losing their employment by decisions made without cause by employers would not occur IF we lived in a full employment society. The problem is that we live in a rentier-dominated society, a society in which there is a massive redistribution of income and wealth from producers to non-producing rentier interests. It is a major cause of many businesses having to cut employees, introduce more and more automation or relocate to lower cost regions. Rising land costs translate into higher costs for office, retail, industrial and warehouse space. Profit margins are constantly squeezed.

No one, employer or employee should have the freedom to mistreat someone. So employees shouldn't have the "right" to fire an employee unless that employee either commits an act of serious misconduct or repeatedly commits lesser offences and shows no signs of changing. That's how it is here in Europe.

Competing freedom is that it is prohibitive due to all the regulations to allow the employee to become the employer if he or she chooses to do so oh, and so we are looking at addressing the symptom and not the root cause, economic freedom sound money is the foundation of Freedom itself

Their is one freedom and we wouldn't have to discuss this garbage if the govt banking combine hadn't made everything a debt and inflation paradigm where any change makes people go under. Stop money printing, save assets avoid regulating any human action cause no matter what we can't help ourselves to not do so.
