Once, I found a Christian guy claiming that Hinduism is false, this is the wrong path. He further told me that he will show me the true path. He then asked me to convert to Christianity. I said him a big fat "NO". But then, he started insulting my beliefs. I felt busted.

Still, I knew deep inside that this guy can't show the true path coz he himself is lost. If he would have followed true path, He shouldn't have abused someone's faith. God is merciful. He can never direct someone to do so.

I told him them " If u think Hinduism is fake, then concept of religion and god came from Hinduism only, then how it's copies be a truth. Ur christianity is also no different."

He remained silent, he took some time to make some story. And then he said, "I know everything, I can answer your questions." I showed no interest and moved away from him lil fast by walking. He felt insulted.

I learnt from Swami Vivekananda that "If someone claims to have answer of all questions, Run away from him." Swami Vivekananda also said that "It's tough to win against an intelligent person, but it's impossible to win against a fool."

I felt it. Hinduism is something much more than a religion❤️

I'm an American guy hailing from Philadelphia and I absolutely love the Ramayana. I'm reading a version of it now written by Vanamali, but my first read was the translation offered by R.K. Narayan. I also love to research and study things, and history is at the top of those things I fancy. Naturally, reading one of the most ancient texts in human history inspired me to research the historical context behind it. One of the first things I noted was how so much of the geography of the Ramayana lines up with the geography of India. The rivers, the cities, the island of Sri Lanka, Rama's Bridge, and other things that I noticed after a cursory glance at Google Earth. Personally, I think that the Ramayana is a work of history, written by Valmiki as dictated by Sita herself. The supposed lack of evidence does not mean much to me as there was a huge lack of evidence for the Indus Valley Civilization until suddenly there wasn't. I take the Ramayana as history in the same way as the Iliad and Odyssey of Ancient Greece, and for thousands of years humans in the west believed in those stories as history despite the burned ruins of Troy not being found until, what, the early 20th century? There are worlds and worlds that have yet to be discovered, littering our earth like diamonds waiting to be found. In the case of the Ramayana, and this might sound cringe, I think it's a matter of that evidence waiting for the right person finding it. If some random American or British archaeologist found the indisputable evidence, I'd be somewhat disappointed because I don't think that they'd be able to appreciate it in the same way. Besides, what exact evidence would be viewed as concrete, save something like an ancient signpost that read 'WELCOME TO KING RAMA'S PALACE, PLEASE SIGN SITA'S GUESTBOOK AND LEAVE YOUR WEAPONS WITH LAKSHMANA.'

Naming it Adam's Bridge is like finding Noah's Ark and calling it Buddha's Raft.

In Ramayana, it is described that Ravana's army had elephants with four tusks. The archaeological department had found the skeleton of four tusked elephant, which is likely to have lived 1.2 million years ago.

Why in the hell is that bridge called Adams bridge?. Its clearly linked with rama and ramayana.
Who in the hell give it that name?
Why don't the indian gouvernement rename it in rama bridge or some name linked with the ramayana?.

They call it Adam's bridge because in Abrahamic texts i.e. Christianity, Judaism & Islam.. there is story where they say "Adam" was created on a island (Lanka) & he was searching for love or his female counterpart & that's why Adam built that bridge...

I was told this story by a Muslim friend of mine & he also said, later Hindus stole this narrative & said Ram built it..

I smiled & left 😂🙏

Edit - Stop fighting, im tired of these notifications😂

The reason why we fail to find archeological evidences in ayodhya is because we are the only ancient civilization that has continued even though westerners distort it. People have rebuilt most of the structures and archeology requires preserved sites. Having said that if we dig deep enough in the right places and date it independent of government control, we are sure to find evidence.

Sir, pls look into the works of Shri Nilesh Oak ji. He has done some great research on the antiquity of our civilization and has dated the Mahabharata war and the Ramayana war. A conversation between you and Nileshji would be very interesting to watch. Keep up the good work sir.

The man who loves historical research of our temples with a passion is Mr Praveen Mohan who is on YouTube. Hope this reaches him and he starts a research trip to Ayodhya. Jai Shree Ram.

Jai shree ram ✨🕉️🇮🇳
People always loves to ask about sanatana dharma, monuments of gods are build with faiths, no body knew if Jesus was true but people had faiths that's why Rome built it . But for Hindu dharma everybody likes to question, everybody likes to mock sanatana dharma cuz they don't know anything about it, it's the most knowledgeable relegion in the world, our Vedas and Upanishads are proofs of that 🕉️✨🇮🇳

I think it goes back past the 12, 000 year catastrophe that marked the end 9f the Younger Dryas period.
