This will be my version of a Tesla Powerwall built from used 18650 laptop batteries. The plan is to replace my existing lead acid batteries that I have had since 2007-2008ish. This clip is showing how to remove the cells, checking voltage, charging with 20 tp4056's and capacity checking with 2 4s foxnovo's. I havent made a video in years so the editing will get better I hope.

If you like the channel and videos and want to donate, feature a product or help out with a project, you can. Send me message or consider donating with the Links below. I would really like to upgrade to a better camera and I am accepting donations :) Thanks to all the AMAZING people who have donated, parts, tools, stickers and batteries. Thank you so much!!!

Donations will be used towards the projects and better equipment to produce better videos right here on youtube in videos to come!!!

At a minimum, add subtitles so when checking them, it is clear what your testing them for. After all, if they are good but just dead, are you rejecting them? Are you looking for 3vold, 1 volt, or 0volt cells?
I'm happy to say your videos have gotten better over the years, noticed improvement.

Have you considered getting a used EV battery....from a Volt or Leaf?

Excuse the noob question but what are you measuring with the meter? Volts?

WHere are you guys finding all of these old laptop batteries? I have called pc repair places and they don't get enough. The large battery outlets will only sell their recycled battery's to johnson controls.

I would like to let you know that your format is very annoying. Better I think would tear apart one battery and narrate what you are doing and why.
