Hey Mike, always love watching your videos and seeing your progress. I was surprised to see you had paralleled those 32amp breakers and brought both feeds into a single bus bar. That's dangerous and also pointless. If you do want a main breaker for your batter bank, then get an appropriate sized one i.e. around 60amp or whatever is just above the max you wish to pull. Ideally you want to have individual breakers for each application: 3 x >10amp breakers for your chargers, and 1 x >32amp breaker for the inverter. Fuses are great but they will only help when the current is flowing for a long enough time to burn them out. P.S. always make sure these are DC breakers if used on the DC side. Keep up the great videos. Cant want to see the next steps on your outdoor box. Cheers.

Continuity testing the input of a device is not a reliable way to check if something is faulty and can lead you very astray sometimes!you did the right thing by individually eliminating each device though.pity about the inverter, these things don't seem to be very reliable!

Have you considered putting super capacitors at the input of MPT-7210A. It may help with the stability issue when the light fluctuates.

My inverter blew twice and it was professionally installed and no diy anywhere, so doesn't surprise my it just blew and none of your fault.
Fidget superclass, there's nothing to filter.
The mpt chargers got hot trying to charge a short.

Inverter would have been my 1st disconnect, indicated by the fact that the 10A fuses were OK.

Bummer sorry you had the problem but you should have had a fuse and disconnect switch going to the grid tie. Is it still under warranty?

Many of those chinese chargers die if battery is disconnected or hooked in last. So if battery fuse goes off they could all die im afraid. I have tested it :) only thing i can think about. Though not them who died.

It is hard to tell on this video, but those fuses look like SB (Slow Blow) types, wire wound over a core. Possibly the wrong type to use.

Most of them breakers have a 10 A allowance. So a 32 wont blow until 42A
