Got this game yesterday at half priced book store for $20. It looked brand new. It was a bit overwhelming at first but once i got a hang of it, it was fun!

By the way if it helps that's the translation of some names:
armaiuolo=armourer
biblioteca=library
boscaiolo=woodman
cambiavalute=moneychanger
carpentiere=carpenter
casa=home (in this case better will be build)
casamento=tenement (or group of several apartment in a single build)
cava=cave
cerusico=as was called a surgeon in 1500 (from greek cheir-cheiros=hand and ergon=work) no more used after 1600
convento=convent/monastery
erbolaio=herbalist (i suppose because it's no more used)
fabbro=smith
fonderia=foundry
lanaiuolo=wool maker
legnaiuolo=wood seller
mercante=merchant
miniera=mine
monte di pietà=pawnshop
orafo=goldsmith (produce jewellery)
ottonaio=brass worker
palagio=as i know it's a palace, taken as Head Quarter from Guelfi vs Ghibellini
picconiere=workmanship with pickaxe
sartore=tailor
scarpellino=workmanship of stone with chisel
