the video is compressed to AVC01 the bit rate artifacting is noticeable next time upload at 1440p or higher
or maybe encode with better codec

Anything past 8-10, 000 kbps is just overkill. Not to mention your connection has to be pretty good too

You cannot see any difference after 6000 bitrate since it is the maximum bitrate which youtube supports.

Going higher than certain amount of bits per second in moving youtube clip doesn't make any sense, because youtube will compress whatever you upload.
If you want to show the difference so other can see, use static pictures and zoom.
But for quick comparison it's OK, higher is better, higher than 3k in 720p is watchable/streamable quality.
