This is so rich!! I am in total agreement with this! On down time I was hungry, about the time Pastor started on diet. I paused this and came back with my snack. Then I chuckled bc I was eating my wonderful sweet potato……with butter, honey and cinnamon on it! I was good on the right food to snack on but I saw the little bit of butter and honey and went, oops!! 😅 yes, God is an instant Yes in the forgiveness prayer! Lord, May I do better with each food I consume and May I willingly surrender to feed the spirit within me, food of substance and not Junk! 🌷🙏🌷
